I completed the third phase of the technical interview on their website, functioning exercises and tests. Unfortunately, the test hid a deliberate trick question on bitwise operations (it could be mathematically proven, but I didn't have the time). They dismissed me with a "Very good, but not enough."
I never spoke to a person, only three email exchanges.
The tests require a lot of time; consider that I dedicated at least 3 full days to complete the technical phases.
In the motivational test, I clearly mentioned that a balance between family and work is essential (having a wife and daughter).

There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
