The interview process consisted of three rounds focused mainly on marketing strategy and campaign planning for the company’s software product. I was asked to propose campaign ideas, explain specific tasks I would prioritize, describe the tools I would use, and outline step-by-step how I would build promotional campaigns.
Unfortunately, the process felt very disorganized overall. The interviewers did not seem aligned with each other, and important information was clearly not communicated between stages.
The lack of organization was also reflected in the long delays between interviews, with responses taking approximately 2–3 weeks each time. After the final stage, I was told I would receive an update with further details, but I never received any follow-up or final response.
