Screening process consisted of four steps: Email questions, first interview with recruiter, and second and third interviews with a manager and team leads. Process was quick since they were looking to hire very soon. The recruiter was kind and quick to respond to any questions. I found out I proceeded to each next interview within a day after each stage. I felt like I got a very good feel for the company and the people since they were so thorough. Questions weren't that out of the ordinary for an interview.
