Interview
To apply you must submit an application online. Once completed, you will be contacted by phone to have an interview scheduled. When I came in for my interview I was given a packet with fairly easy questions to answer. After I finished, the owner/manager reviewed my answers and proceeded to ask me the questions I previously answered and while asking me to elaborate. After we just had a little discussion about our personal lives to really create a connection.
