It asked more about your previous experience than scenarios. It was a more laid back interview. If you have even hostess experience it would be helpful, because I had no waitress experience when I applied.

Interview
Very easy interview process, especially if you have previous restaurant experience. However, they really get you amped up for a lot of promises that just cannot be kept. I interviewed for a wait staff position and ended up in carry out. They said it was because I had to "learn the menu"... which I understand, but I was not moved quickly out of carry out.
