Informal, interview took about 20 minutes at the company's office. Good number of questions asked. Good explanation of what the job involves and the mechanics of the position. Full explanation of pay, hours, expectations. Does not appear that this company hires older workers even though employee reliability is obviously a concern. You can even be an older worker who just came from a job doing the exact same thing (same responsibilities, same physical demands, etc) but you will be rejected if you are older.

Had a friend refer me to one of their events after they needed staff. I had bartending experience so it was a good fit. They did not interview me, just took her word for it and I was booked for the first event based off word of mouth and submitting my resume.
