Series of online questions, then had to answer a series of video questions that were one-way, in other words, there was no interviewer, it was just you answering questions that they asked you on the screen.

They asked me what was a difficult situation that I had with a coworker and how I resolved it
It was very short due to constant interruptions and phone ringing. Manager wasn't paying attention and barely made eye contact. Seems like they didn't read my resume, only scanned it.

How do you resolve conflicts with your colleagues?
Long but pretty much to the point with basic interview question regarding the role. The manager was friendly. It was two separate interviews about 2 weeks a part. Overall no complaints
