Bestway interview questions

I went through a series of interviews over a month-long process including two video interviews and one in-person interview at their headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. They seemed very nice but a bit confused about the names of marketing KPIs and what they meant based on the comments they made during the process. Surprisingly, I was being interviewed by the people currently handling the work I was interviewing to take over, so I believe there is some gap in their training process or general industry knowledge.
