      Sales Development Representative Interview

      14 Oct 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BetterUp

      Interview

The interview process consisted of 4 different interviews including one three hour panel interview and one interview with 2 people. The panel interview was interesting, one part did include a take home assignment which requested you build a presentation to present to a client and then a small roleplay going over what a discovery call would sound like as well as a what a first meeting would look like.

      Sales Development Representative Interview

      22 May 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BetterUp

      Interview

I was treated poorly and my interviewers were extremely arrogant. They asked far too much of my time. I was treated very rudely throughout the process with no thanks for the time I put forth on the projects they required me to complete. I had to follow up several times just to find out I was rejected.

      Sales Development Representative Interview

      30 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BetterUp (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022

      Interview

The interview process was one of the longest I experienced, which speaks to the selectivity of the company. They are very deliberate in choosing candidates with mindsets and values that align with their people-centric culture. I think you need to genuinely be onboard with the mission of the company to get an offer. First interview: Recruiting Second interview: Hiring Manager Virtual onsite: Consisted of four separate interviews 1) Scenario-based exercise 2) Cross functional interview 3) Take home assignment review 4) Mindsets and values interview Final Interview: Executive Interview
