Process was about 2+ months.
They take their time to really get to know you and vice versa.
They are really big on the mission and sincerity.
It is very important that you genuinely understand the mission of the company but even more so that you reflect those values as they really are hiring a whole person and not just a compartmentalized piece of you.
If sincerity and transparency and not being a jerk aren’t qualities you feel you possess then it probably won’t be the company for you

Recruiter contacted me and then never joined the call. Second time recruiter contacted me, brief conversation and then an interview with the hiring manager. Spoke with hiring manager who through the entire video call never looked directly at me, to say nothing about smiling.
