BevSpot interview questions

Had meetings with two sales managers and the CEO. All asked very thoughtful questions and were very opening to giving me a chance to present my qualifications. Overall I found it to be a positive experience and was offered the job

Applied online, had a first round phone screen- pretty standard "why are you interested in our org/tell me about your background convo". Face to face with 5 people arraigned shortly afterwards. They said they would send a follow up email within 2 weeks of the onsite interview with a decision one way or another. They never did- it's a poor candidate experience, but this org has a lot of moving parts. While a cool product it seems like they have a lot of growing challenges and haven't fully found their footing yet (They laid off close to 100 people the previous year)
