First round of call with hiring manager and recruiter. They asked on past experience and also gave a scenario for us to figure out the test plans. Felt a bit uncertain when I asked what happen when one finishes their project - they were hesitant, said that one can leave the company or they can get assigned to other projects. No clear path.
