The interview process is in 3 stages with each stage being of eliminatory type.
Stage 1:
GD in groups of 8-9. Topics range from opinions on current events, case-based outcomes discussion.
Stage 2:
Interview in the field of specialization. The intention is to evaluate candidate's level of knowledge in his specified field. Also, evaluation of which positions will be suitable for the candidate within the organization.
Stage 3:
HR interview - They evaluate candidates understanding of the role they are applying for. Evaluation is broad and there are no wrong answers. Also, they forsee candidate's readiness to adapt to the demands of the job specification.
