Two step process, one on zoom, the other in person with a brief looks at handling skills with a dog and cat. The questions were we'll prepared and ranged from questions about work experience to questions about how you'd approach a certain situation.

I just filled out an application online and was accepted. I then had two training seminars ( because I wanted to work with cats and dogs); And was a beginner volunteer. I basically hanged out with puppies and kittens all day.

Interview
First was a phone interview and then an in person interview with the person who was to be my superior as well as the person leaving the company. The interview took place at the location site which was very run down. After the interview I received a call within a few days offering me the position.
