I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Big Game Promotions (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was really easy. I replied to an ad online and received a call that day to conduct a short phone interview. I interviewed with rebecca, the general manager the next day and was hired on the sport. I started the following Monday in the training program.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Big Game Promotions (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The hiring process took about 10 minutes in the morning. You would go in a room and the manger would have you read a script that you have to say everyday. There are no personal interview questions, but you must go by and remember the whole script.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the CEO for an in-person interview. Their office is located inside of a shopping plaza, which I thought was a bit interesting. When I arrived, there were approximately 5~6 candidates (some had applied for a different position, others for the same) sitting around, waiting for an interview. I was supposed to be interviewed by the CEO & General Manager, but was interviewed by some administrative staff instead. Everyone's interviews were conducted on a 1:1 basis, but they were all held (simultaneously) in the small, front, sitting area with other candidates sitting right next to you. It was very informal & casual. My interviewer was unable to answer my questions regarding the open position and I wasn't able to learn anything about the company or open role. I declined the second interview. Work environment seemed loud, energetic, with a small number of young staff.
