Interview
4 20-30 minutes interviews, each with a person from a different department. The first interview was done with recruiting, then HR, then 2 interviews were done by the head of desktop support and one current desktop support employee. The interviews were not stressful, but be sure to study up on terms and procedures before the interview.

Lots of support related questions, combined with the normal behavioral ones
After two phone interviews I was asked to come in for an in person interview. In person I was interviewed by three different members of the team. Most of the questions were about me and didn't focus very much on technical questions, although there were a few.
