I went through four rounds of interviews, including HR, my potential manager, and managers from other teams. The interview questions covered self-introduction, career planning, and why I applied to Binance. The difficulty level was moderate. However, after investing so much time, I only received a generic rejection letter without any explanation. This was very disappointing, considering the significant amount of time I spent. Additionally, some of the Chinese interviewers did not turn on their cameras, which felt confusing and disrespectful to the candidate. I am deeply puzzled by Binance’s company culture.
