Pros

WFH, fairly good bonus. That's about it.

Cons

The list goes like this:- The company has undergone frequent organizational restructuring, creating an environment of constant uncertainty. Teams, responsibilities, and reporting lines change regularly, making it difficult to establish stability. Workloads have increased significantly while KPI expectations continue to rise. The targets do not reflect the complexity of the investigations, multiple workflows, mandatory operational tasks, and the constant interruptions from numerous internal communication channels throughout the day. New processes and workflows are introduced frequently, but training is often only provided at a surface level. Employees are expected to work on live cases almost immediately, leaving them to learn through trial and error while still being measured against demanding productivity targets. Following the spilt of team observed in several teams, the operational complexity has increased. Although management communicates that the work remains the same, the day-to-day reality involves additional processes, coordination, and administrative overhead. Analysts are also expected to do perform certain manual tasks. This repetitive administrative task consumes valuable time that could otherwise be spent on investigations, yet KPI expectations remain unchanged despite the additional workload. Employee feedback regarding workload and operational challenges often feels dismissed rather than genuinely considered. A common response is that others are managing without issue, instead of evaluating whether the processes or expectations themselves are realistic. The culture places a strong emphasis on meeting KPIs, sometimes at the expense of quality, employee development, and sustainable workloads. Overall, this can be a challenging environment for those who value stability, meaningful training, and operational support.
