Birla Tyres interview questions

as per my expirence the process of hiring and interview is very slow and lentghy in this co. so i request to kindly taken process some time early so that the cadidate will not gone or choose another interview in this period.

Interview process was really grilling. Almost all questions were asked related to sales, general IQ and how comfortable I would be doing that. The whole profile was explained properly without any false commitments. No salary was discussed during the interview. People are nice, offices are not that great, employee satisfaction is the last thing for the company. Work culture is extremely poor.
