Interview
I applied for a sales development position at Bitgo and went through a lengthy interview process. The communication from the team was slow, which was a significant drawback. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
First Stage: The process involved three back-to-back interviews.
Interview with the Sales Director: This was a relaxed conversation covering my experience and background. The Sales Director, who I would be working with if hired, was professional and made me feel comfortable.
For the second stage, I had to undergo three interviews back to back. One of these interviews was with a Managing Director. However, the interview was unconventional as he asked me only one question and then proceeded to speak for the majority of the time. At the end of the interview, he mentioned that he would give a thumbs up to the team because of the importance of how I present myself in front of clients.
Post-Interview Communication: After the interviews, the company went silent. I did not receive any follow-up communication or updates on my application status for almost three months. Eventually, I received a rejection letter, but by then, I had already moved on and secured a position with another company.
