Blink Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The company contacted me for senior backend engineer role, I had 30 min phone call with HR. It was weird and not good interview experience. The interviewer didn't introduced herself and jump straight to what Blink does, which was not much different from their web page. I was initially a bit confused because I expected couple minutes of greeting or ice breaking and then introduce each other, instead of jump straight to who they are. Interviewer asked few question about my current situation, but not much about my role/experience. The only question that related to my career was, what was the most challenging project I had. And then she gave me the question time. She only could answered half. She said I'll get a take home coding test. I personally don't like take home test, so that was unexpected. The whole interview process was very rushed. Also the call ended very quick after the interview. I think their finger was on the "end" button already. I felt like I wasted my time. A week after, I've got the declined email about "staff" engineer role instead of take home interview question, saying that she enjoyed the chat with me but my experience is not what they are looking for. I applied for "senior" role, not “staff”. also I don't think I had a chance to say about my engineering experience.
