Received an email a few days after applying, had a phone call with their recruiter Michael, had a phone call with the hiring manager Erin, and completed a technical assessment. Overall, team members were very nice and communicated well. This was my second time speaking with Michael about potential positions and he was always very helpful, often coaching so that I would do my best. Erin was very thoughtful and asked some great probing questions. Overall not an easy interview and very thorough, but straightforward in what they are looking for. No trick questions!
