The interview process was with a recruiter first, Followed by a zoom with the regional sales director. Afterwards was a one on one with the office VP. Final round was with the current sales team. Offer was fairly quick. The interview process can vary from office to office and depends on position.

Interview
First, there was a screening phone call with a member of the recruitment team. If that went well, the next step was an in person interview with the Regional Sales Manager and the VP of Sales and Operations. If that went well, the final step was a group interview with the local team.

Quite a lengthy process - 5-7 interviews in total - team is very engaged to find the best candidate for the company. In the end, the process could have been shorter to get to the offer stage with human resources.
