Everybody was very friendly, got shown around the centre, then they asked a lot of questions about experience with examples, then practical assessment of a dog's physical condition and behaviour and temperament
I interviewed at Blue Cross for Pets (Burford, England)
Interview
Very in depth and intrractive. Began with a tour of the site which gave me a great feel of the nice physical enviroment i was to work in. Was then taken to an office where i was interviewed for about an hour all fairly relaxed
Standard interview, consisting of personal questions and situational judgement questions. There was also a practical element meeting a dog and commenting on a video of someone interacting with a pet in their care.
