The interview process is long and I did not get an offer due to a hiring freeze. I see this a pro as they invest a lot of time in making sure they have the best people working on one of the best missions.

It took 10 weeks to be contacted after application, but then the process moved quickly. Recruiter screening followed by a one on one with the hiring manager. Most of the questions were related to understanding individual contributions to previous projects.
