I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Waukesha, WI) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process wasn't too bad. Only a few technical questions to make sure you have an idea of software engineering, the rest were basic interview questions, and then just casual discussion of things I've worked on in the past and things about JDA/the position. The whole experience was pretty laid back.

The whole process was 3 rounds.
