I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Hamburg) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone call and then I was given a coding task to complete. They were satisfied with the assignment, so I was called for face-2-face interview. But my onsite interview experience was a huge disappointment. I found the manager extremely rude and arrogant. After about two hours of technical round, I was told that the decision will be conveyed in 2 weeks. Eventually, I was informed that they will not move forward with my application because I don't have enough experience with something which was not even listed in the job requirements. Overall, it was a total waste of time and a negative experience for me.
During Interview process if you are making a switch rather campus placement it would be not much difficult and easy leetcode questions, Basic and foundations of OOPS, system design will suffice.

I Hesitated a bit after some questions , as I heard them after long time, that hesitation made interview go in waste, and also interview was scheduled on same day with no prior notice, I went with no preparation, overall interview would be simple if you prepare
