Interview
1: Resume Shortlisting. If you have any prior experience in Logistics or Supply Chain then it's important to be mentioned in the CV prominently.
This shortlisting is based on that only.
After this there will be 3 interviews.
2: Technical interview: 1, here they focus on your CV only. and the logistics or supply chain experience that you have mentioned.Retail experience or internship is sure shot shortcut to JDA.
In this interview the most important topic's are Inventory and Forecasting
3: Again Technical Interview, here they focus upon the Inventory modelling and your CV again. This interview is an extension of the 1st interview so more or less topics are same,
Topics to consider: Linear Programming is important especially the excel part. Bull whip effect

4: Last Interview HR.

It was in 3 differents interviews, first one with HR in MX, second one with country manager Mexico and the USA and third one with the Director in India remotly.
Phone interview, then a 1 hour video interview, final interview was 4 hours rotational interview using zoom. very formal and easy going process. The interview was more so of a conversation.
