This interview was more in-depth, focusing on my technical skills, clinical experience, and how I handle challenging situations in a veterinary setting. They asked scenario-based questions to understand my problem-solving abilities and how I interact with both animals and pet owners. The interviewers were attentive and made me feel comfortable, which allowed me to express myself clearly.

Very in depth interview process. Even was able to talk with the other managers in the local area, which was wonderful. The follow up from the company after going through the four step interview process was non existing, even after I sent an email regarding the position.
