Offered a higher rate of pay. Discovered I won’t get that when I start working Challenged this when I started working. Was told that this was not said. Felt I was ignored.
Felt the interview was too easy and that they did not care about what I was saying to them. This was held in a small cluttered room with no space and far too hot. It felt unprepared and unprofessional Overall I think the interview could have been better prepared

Was very straight forward and positive experience, asked if i had a car to go from house to house and If I had experience in being a carer and how I would go about it I found it very helpful

Basic questions, not that hard. Had to fill out the application before the actual interview. I felt they needed staff at the time, I had no experience of caring and they accepted me.
