Interview
I had three interviews with this company, and now they've completely ghosted me.
I had two phone interviews, the first was a pre screen with an HR admin, the second was with a party that I would be working with remotely. Then, when those when well, they had me go into their office which also went well. At the end they emphasized that they would follow up with me very soon.
A few days after the interview I sent out a thank you email, as I felt like it was the polite thing to do, and didn't get any response. Not a big deal, I get that people are busy sometimes. But than after not hearing from them nearly a week after the in person meeting, I got concerned and sent an email politely asking for an update as I need to know if I'm still in consideration, so I know if I need to pursue other things. Again, I heard nothing back. I tried to call for an update as well.
This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would understand entirely if they just wanted to go in a different direction and not move forward with my candidacy. But for them to put me through three interviews and not even let me know one way or the other is pretty telling about how this company runs.

Interview
Succinct and friendly. The interviewee was great and very straightforward. The whole process lasted 2 weeks. Overall, I think the questions asked were mixture of competence and technical questions. I really liked the energy and was looking forward to working for the company.

Interview
Was contacted shortly after applying and setup a phone interview that was scheduled for 45 minutes. Was very friendly and professional. Nothing too difficult and just the standard questions. I found them to be very transparent in what they were looking for and it seems that most people who applied got a phone screen.
