Interview
Interview through zoom. I was interviewed by the director of the school and HR person. Both asked questions. Interview wasn’t long and pretty staring forward. I passed and got a job offer in a few days. Paper work went pretty smoothly.

Easy questions like tell me about your strengths and weaknesses. Where you do you yourself in five years, do you have experience working with kids and behavioral questions such as what would you do if a kid is crying in the classroom and you are on your own.
