Bodhala interview questions

The interview process was thorough and consisted of 3 meetings with current employees and then a case study using their platform. Similar to another candidates experience, I had followed up after a week and was told they would circle back with a decision — no response a month later. The people here are lovely and I understand this is a start up, but they should definitely automate their recruiting process besides personal messaging to avoid confusion for both parties.

I had scheduled an interview with a recruiter and was told I would be called and be speaking with 2 others. Needless to say, I was not contacted by anyone from the company about any miscommunication or rescheduling. I can understand being told that I'm not qualified for a position, but ghosting an interview seems unprofessional and disrespectful.
