Interview
The initial interview will be handled online with a screening interview. This will be about personality and overall fit with the company. The next round would be an in person interview about background and capability. After completion, you will then go on a working interview showing how well you can follow direction, and if you know the catering process. It is important that you take initiative. You will be asked to lift 50 lbs for this job.

good, tricky, friendly. They made me nervous but it went well. meduim salary. easy technical questions. They care more about attitude and soft skills. Good experience is needed. I waited too long to get a response from them
I met with the Executive Pastry Chef and the interview was very straight forward. The environment wasn't intimidating, and the questions were standard. The job description was very detailed and accurate.
