The interview process was very straightforward, and all communications prompt. I had a brief phone interview, a Skype interview, and finally an in-person interview. The role I was being considered for evolved during the interview process. The people who interviewed me were for the most part on the team I was to join. Each interview had a casual, conversational feel, but there were plenty of behavioral questions, as well as some small tests including a few math questions typical of a management consulting interview and a sample work task.
