Interview
Interviews are conducted with administrators, teachers, and parents on Site based council. Preset questions and rubrics are used. Candidates are asked approximately 12 questions. After the interview candidates are contacted one way or another by an administrator.

What experience does the applicant have with MTSS?
Very detailed, must know curriculum, county programs and be up to date with policies. You must also have a love for children and that must be your number one focus in the interview!

Interview
They follow a strict rubric when hiring. It is clear based on the questions that each fits a piece of the rubric. They then will provide you a numeric score for your answer that will then lead to a total. Your total has to beat out the other candidates totals.
