It was very informal. Didn't need to bring a resume. The store owner asked basic questions such as languages spoken, education level, and what salary was expected. I was told about what to expect if hired such as hours, job requirements, and such.

Very easy, manager was polite. They gave me all details and my day to day at the interview. Then there was no next steps. Was hired on the spot. Then went to training at the store.
