      Interview

There were 3 rounds of interviews plus a very easy test. The first with HR, then with my future boss and then with 2 more senior people from the same department. The test was very easy. I was presented with some KPI values and the targets and I had to explain how I could improve the KPI looking at the difference sales sub KPI

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boozt (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Dec 2025

      Interview

Overall, my interview experience with Boozt was standard and genuinely enjoyable. The process itself was well-structured, and every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and engaging. Throughout the interviews, I felt encouraged and supported, and I left each conversation feeling positive and hopeful about the possibility of joining the team. While I fully respect Boozt’s final hiring decision, I was disappointed with how the rejection was communicated. I received an email titled “Welcome to Boozt,” which initially read very positively before ending with a rejection. The subject line felt misleading and raised expectations unnecessarily, which was particularly disheartening. As someone actively and seriously searching for a role, clear and considerate communication is incredibly important. I followed up to request feedback and to express my confusion regarding the subject line, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Despite this, my overall impression of the interviewers and the interview process remains positive, and I appreciate the time and effort the team invested throughout the process.

      Interview

Attention all job seekers, If you're considering applying for a position at Boozt, allow me to share my recent experience, which might save you some time and frustration. After meticulously completing a cognitive and behavioral test as part of my application process, I received a rejection email a mere 24 hours later. Now, call me a skeptic, but in my extensive experience of job hunting, I've never encountered such lightning-speed decision-making. I mean, they must have had an army of AI robots reviewing applications overnight, right? But here's the kicker – despite the absurdly swift rejection, there was no feedback, no explanation, nothing! Just a cold, impersonal email telling me "Thanks, but no thanks." Now, I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but it seems highly likely that my fate was sealed by some mysterious algorithm, all based on a test whose results are more top-secret than the Coca-Cola recipe. Talk about transparency, huh? Adding insult to injury, the recruiting team seems to be some sort of perfect escape artist, providing no working contact information whatsoever. It's as if they've mastered the art of disappearing acts, making Houdini pale in comparison. So, dear fellow job seekers, if you're okay with being judged by an algorithm faster than you can microwave your lunch, and if you happen to fit a certain demographic profile, then by all means, apply to Boozt. But if you value fair treatment, transparency, and, dare I say, a hint of human decency in the hiring process, you might want to think twice. Consider this a friendly warning from someone who's been there, done that, and got the automated rejection email to prove it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

You are given two online tests: Behavioral test: Imagine being presented with a sea of adjectives and synonyms, tasked with the Herculean feat of deciphering whether they carry the same shades of meaning in your language's translation. Cognitive test: Some fairly easy riddles and puzzles akin to brain teasers of some crossword books.
