Short and sweet asked your basic questions. Why do you want this job, what experience you have. Expected salary, and so forth. There good people that are very genuine. I interviewed with the superintendent and a younger estimator. They were both very knowledgeable and seemed good to work for. Seem very proud of the company they work for.
