Interview
First a phone interview then an in person interview in my case an HR professional. They do tell you a lot about the job during the process, but you must have a great understanding of the position going into it. Make sure you know a lot of detail about the company and its partnering companies. They also value Linked- In, have an updated Linked-In profile prior to the interview process.
