Asked the basic questions. Previous employer, what you do before, where do you live, do you have basic tool experience, what do you do when your not at work, we offer a fair wage. (they try and get to know you, see what your are about dont apply for this job if you are in a relationship because all you'll do is work and sleep with maybe 1 day off)

Interview
Semi-formal interview process. Met with the branch manager before getting a tour of the facilities and a detailed run down of what goes on. Very open to any questions I had. After we had a brief interview, about 15 minutes, discussing my abilities to complete the tasks needed, background and experience, and standard interview questions.
