It is divided into two parts. The first step is to communicate over the phone. If everything goes well, you will be interviewed in the store. The second step is to go to the store for an interview. The manager is patient and friendly, a great experience.

I applied online in mid December 2012 and sent a follow-up email the first week of January. I received a phone mid January 2013. The buyer asked me a few questions and then set up an interview at their headquarters in Stoughton. The interview lasted about an hour and was very pleasant.
