I met with the owners and management to get a sense of the quality of work, culture of the business, their values & vision, and to discuss my relevant experience and portfolio. Was then given a tour of the facilities and invited to check out the unique town of Fairfield, IA following the interview. Afterwards, I emailed all members of the interview panel to thank them for their time and the tour of their facility and didn't receive a reply. I contacted the primary interviewer/owner a week or two later to follow up and again received no reply.
