I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Box in Oct 2016
Interview
After applying online, I was asked to complete a video interview for the RAP program. I absolutely *despise* pre-recorded video interviews, and I hate that they're becoming more and more of a trend in the industry. They're very impersonal.
One of the questions that were given in advance was to prepare a case study: over the next few years, what should Box's main priorities be? This would be a valid question if the job description on the website or a recruiter could give me a better idea of what this role actually is. I have a feeling that Box isn't quite sure yet, either.

Question 1
If you were the CEO of Box, over the next few years, what would Box's main priorities be?
I applied online. I interviewed at Box (Los Altos, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online and received an email from a recruiter inviting me to do a recorded video interview. This interview was awkward since you record it on your own, which makes it feel like you aren't worthy of their individual time and attention for a live interview. A different recruiter followed up to do a phone interview and told me soon after that I'd been invited to the on-site Super Day.
The Super Day had about 15 finalists and lasted from 8am to 6pm. The Super Day was a great experience. Senior executives, including the SVP Product and CEO spoke with us and answered questions. We each did four 1:1 behavioral interviews and did a group project and presentation. I enjoyed getting to know the other finalists. Aaron Levie was the highlight of the day, and I left inspired to one day work with him. I also got the impression that Box is truly visionary and passionate in enterprise software.
I received a form email informing me I did not receive an offer and that Box does not give feedback. The company has not yet sent me a reimbursement form for my travel expenses.
