I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager for the role, and then a Senior VP of Data Science. The process took only a few weeks from the time I submitted my application.
the whole process was easy and smooth, they are very professional with the process. Fast and I got positive feedback. I love how they give feedback so quickly and move forward so fast!!!
The interview process was okay. The first interview was with HR, then hiring manager, then with the hiring team members (4 people) and another one with the hiring manager. Each interview was around 30 minutes back to back which I think barely gave me enough time to ask my questions. The hiring team was polite and professional but I was disappointed with a HR/recruiter I spoke with.
The recruiter took forever to provide me with the next steps or any information on team’s decision. I had to follow up multiple times. After about three weeks of waiting, they finally reached out and rejected me.
