very standard, nothing extraordinary: you will have a phone screen with the hiring manager first, then 1 onsite with about 4-5 people total. If they like you, they will consider you.
Make sure you have an internal referee who can recommend you, it matters a LOT (maybe too much!).
Good and informative they always communicated with me within one or two days about next steps and clearly outlined help to be successful with the interview - they are professional and kind and quick
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Box (Dallas, TX)
Interview
It was thorough but transparent and quick. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks. While I was not offered the role, I made it through the final interview, so this time frame does not include the time to draw up and send an offer.
The process included several virtual rounds that felt professional and friendly. It felt very conversational, and the panel role-play was engaging and well organized. Everyone I met was nice, though real-time feedback was limited and timelines could’ve been clearer. Overall, positive experience.
