Interview
The whole process was great: recruiter reached out to me and had an initial conversation with me then the recruitment manager took over and acted like a real partner all throughout the rigorous selection process. Kept calling to check up on me at every step to assess my motivation and see what was on my mind.
Then when I got the offer it exceeded my expectations and in addition to that, when I accepted I received an amazing bottle of champagne delivered to my house. I was very touched by the gesture and I think it's a great indicator to the kind of company Box is. Can't wait to start!

Standard process: recruiter screen, hiring manager, peer interview, executive interview, presentation.
I was shocked that I went through weeks of interviews and after the final round presentation the feedback I received was that my presentation was lacking because I didn't know the product/do my research.
I'm sorry, but I was honest with you during the interview process that I work 50-60 hr weeks so in what world do you believe that someone will have time to fully learn your product for an INTERVIEW

The interview process has 4 rounds. Everyone was super friendly and the interview was more geared towards personality assessment. The technical questions were more so to gauge thought process. Overall I enjoyed the interview.

It was a straightforward process: I had an initial phone screen from internal recruiter for 30 minutes. Next up was a Zoom meeting with hiring manager. The last step was an interview loop with 4 different people on the team and a 20 minute presentation.
