1. Call with recruiter to discuss experience, talk about expectations, describe company and team
2. Two technical calls - frontend and backend, each around 1hr long (same day, back-to-back meetings)
During the first part with recruiter I've learnt about things not covered in the offer: on-call (mandatory), legacy services that you need to contribute to (different stack), very late working hours due to calls with US ("but not very often"). So quite a few red flags.
After second part I've been waiting for around 2 weeks for any reply and at the end got cold email from the template that they'll not continue with me. No feedback, no details - despite solving both tasks.
Disappointing experience.
