Boys Republic interview questions

The interview was a panel of cottage supervisors, they briefly went over my resume. Asked a lot of open ended questions about my experience. Went over their program model and what their expectations are for case workers. I was told to wait for my second interview right after the first panel was done. They offered me the job within the same day.
