Interview
Three rounds of interviews (one phone, two video calls) with different levels of Bozzuto staff members. One had more technical questions, others were mostly behavioral and/or situational questions. Not too difficult

Question 1
What is an example of company with a good marketing campaign in your opinion?
They asked me a lot of questions. She’s was very nice and easy to talk to, great conversation. I really liked them. I loved their energy and I would love to work in the environment they told me about. Seems like a great company to work for.
it was very smooth and quick. I applied and got reached out after 1 one, and got offer after 2 weeks of interview. Michelle was very sweet and made it easy throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process is very long. You must keep reaching out to them so that they don’t forget about you with all of these candidates. After each interview ( there are 3 ) they don’t reach back out till 2 weeks later. I personally believe it’s worth the wait, but that all depends on your current situation. If you are looking to transition immediately i recommend you apply elsewhere.
